Where are you located?

We are located at 13 Brabham Circuit Robina (in the Robina Automall). We currently service the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Northern NSW. If you live outside of these locations, please contact us to see if we can help (we do have happy customers in other locations).

What is a car subscription?

A car subscription is like renting a car long-term, but you get to treat the car like it’s your own. All on-road costs (except fuel & tolls) are included in your weekly payment. It’s like a Netflix subscription, gym membership or mobile phone plan. It makes it easy to drive your car hassle-free!

What if I go over the kilometre allowance?

If you go over your plan’s kilometre allowance you will be charged .28c per km over. This will be added onto your next payment. If you plan on going on a road trip, please contact us to purchase a KM Booster Pack for just $50 per 500 km's.

Can I reduce my insurance excess?

The standard excess is $5,000. You can reduce your excess to just $1,000 for an addition $39 per week, added to your subscription payment.

What do I do if I have an accident?

Please follow the accident help guide located in your car’s glovebox. If anyone is injured please call 000 first.

What happens if I break down?

If you break down, please call Roadside Assistance on 1800 648 058.

Can I swap cars?

Yes, you can. If you’re not happy with your car or would like to try something different you can change. Depending on the plan you choose you can swap for a fee, or swap for free. Your weekly payment may also increase or decrease depending on the car you swap into.

Can other people drive my car?

You can add up to 5 additional drivers to your plan for $10 per week, per driver.

When can I hand the car back?

The notice period to cancel your subscription depends on the plan you choose. We ask for 7 days notice to cancel after the minimum term of your plan finishes.

Do you do rent to own?

Our car subscriptions are ‘pay as you go’ to drive the car, like it’s your own, but without the stress or car ownership. However, if you love the car you’re driving and decide you want to purchase it, we can help make that happen.

What happens if I go through tolls?

If you drive through tolls, you will need to add your toll details to your car. If not, these will simply be added to your future subscription fees (there is a $2.50 toll admin fee).

When is my payment due?

A valid credit card or debit card is required during signup to set up a direct debit. Then your weekly subscription fee will start when you pick up your vehicle. We offer weekly, fortnightly, or monthly subscription payments.

How do I qualify?

If you’re over 21 years, hold a valid Australian licence (P2 and above) or equivalent overseas, no disqualified licence in the last 3 years, no criminal, drink or drug driving convictions in the last 5 years, and you can afford the weekly car payment, then you qualify.

Do I need to pay a deposit or bond?

We require a $0 security deposit when you book your car (*this may increase depending on our risk assessment criteria). The security deposit will be refunded when you return your car in the same condition as you received it.
